Audi & VW recommend re-charging your air conditioning system every two years to maintain the cooling efficiency and protect any internal components from damage and leaks. We offer an air conditioning service from just £49.50 + VAT. This includes a full system re-gas, PAG oil to help protect the internal components, ultra violet dye added for leak detection and an anti-bacterial spray added to the system to help eliminate any unwanted odours.

We carry out a quick visual inspection and test for any signs of ultra violet dye leaking. If your system no longer works or is found to have any leaks, our F-GAS trained technicians can carry out any repairs required.

With our specialist equipment we can get your direct injection engine running on top form again. On a direct injection engine like on the Mini Cooper S and all diesel engines the fuel is injected into the cylinder under high pressure instead of into the intake manifold which has a natural cleaning effect on the inlet valves. Over time the inlet valves and intake manifold build up with soot from the EGR and oil deposits from the turbo and form a thick black sludge called Carbon (coke) and block up the intake system.

This Carbon suffocates the engine and causes numerous faults symptoms such as lumpy idle, lack of power, flat spots. With our walnut shell shot blasting system we can clean the intake valves and intake system of all carbon and return the performance you remember.
